Dr. Peter Stewart, Vice-President Exploration of Malbex Resources Inc., is a Professional Geoscientist in the Province of Ontario, and is the Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 responsible for the technical information presented in this website.
Dr. Peter Stewart, PGeo, Vice-President Exploration of Malbex Resources is the lead author of the 2011 Del Carmen Technical Report entitled “Exploration Update Del Carmen Concession Group, El Indio Gold Belt, San Juan Province, Argentina.” Co-author Tim Warman, PGeo, is the President, CEO and Director of Malbex. Both are a “Qualified Persons” (QP) as defined by NI 43-101.
B. Terrence Hennessey, P.Geo. and Richard M. Gowans, P.Eng. of Micon International Limited are the Qualified Persons as defined by NI 43-101 responsible for the technical report dated October 24, 2011, titled "A Mineral Resource Estimate for the Rojo Grande Deposit at the Del Carmen Property, El Indio Gold Belt, San Juan Province, Argentina". Mr. B. Terrence Hennessey, P.Geo., Vice President of Micon International Limited, is the Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 responsible for the August 2009 Technical Report entitled "A Review Of Mineralization At, And The Proposed Exploration Programs For, The Del Carmen, Despoblados And Los Amarillos Concession Groups Of The Valle Del Cura Project, San Juan Province, Argentina".
